You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play); remember to log in with the same email you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day is also in your confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert starts; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible refundable ticket.

What is the flexible refundable ticket and how does it work?

It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the start. No documentation is required. Note the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another person.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and latecomers are not admitted.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors.

Is food or drink served on site?

No, no food or drink is offered on site.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, plenty of parking spaces are available around the venue.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

This event is for guests aged 8 or older; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, but accessibility for people with reduced mobility is only guaranteed in Category C.

What ticket types are available?

There are four categories: Premium, Category A, Category B and Category C.
