Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are only available if you purchased the Flexible Cancellation Ticket. In that case, you'll receive the full ticket price minus the 10% fee for that option. Request it by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts; no documentation is required. If you paid by card or PayPal, the amount will be credited to your account (this may take more than 10 days); if you paid with a coupon, you'll receive a new coupon in the app. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

What different ticket types are available?

Your seat will belong to Zone A, B, C or D depending on visibility. Seats are assigned on arrival within the zone of your ticket.
