The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Ateneo de Madrid, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.

Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Ateneo de Madrid. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.

It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.

No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.

The Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

For your safety, the concert's candles operate with LED bulbs. They mimic the light of a flame perfectly without needing real fire, so they don't burn or pose any risk.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.

Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
