This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

About the venueHerzogssaal
The Herzogsaal in Regensburg is a historic banquet hall that is part of the Old Town Hall. In the Middle Ages, it served as a representative meeting place for princes and high-ranking guests. The architecture is particularly impressive with its richly decorated wooden ceilings and elaborate wall paintings.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
What ticket types are there?
The hall is divided into zones A, B, C and D according to view quality. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, no entry is possible once the concert has begun.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, and always without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask you to leave your seat only in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are not available on site; you can only buy them through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets free of charge: tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us and provide your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To do this, contact us with the ticket ID from your purchase. You can also check this option in the Fever app under "Tickets": if it's enabled, you'll see the "Change date and/or time" button there. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. To do this, contact us with proof of your support needs. You'll then receive a voucher with which you can get the carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app; log in with the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience (for example, through a relocation or postponement), we'll notify you in good time by email.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Herzogssaal, Domplatz 3, 93047 Regensburg.
How do I get to the venue?
The Herzogssaal is located in the heart of Regensburg's old town and is just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. From Regensburg's main railway station, it's about a 10 to 15 minute walk, or you can take a bus into the centre. From the stops near the cathedral, it's just a few steps to the Herzogssaal.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately not: the venue is not accessible and not wheelchair friendly.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
