What are the different ticket types?

The hall is divided into Zones A, B, C and D, based on view quality. Seats are assigned by our staff at the entrance, in order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?

Herzogssaal sits in the heart of Regensburg's old town, within walking distance of the city centre. From the main railway station it's about a 10 to 15 minute walk, or a short bus ride to the centre. From the stops near the cathedral, it's just a few steps through the historic lanes.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.

Are there tickets for carers?

Yes, guests who need support during the experience can apply for a free ticket for their companion. Please contact us with proof of your support needs. Once we receive it, we'll send you a voucher for your free companion ticket, subject to availability. Please show both your regular ticket and the companion ticket at entry.
