• Iron Spritz - twist on Aperol Spritz: green Chartreuse, saffron liqueur and cumin liqueur built in a wine glass with a touch of lime; choose if you'd like it with beer or Prosecco
• Bloom Sour - twist on Pisco Sour: mixed with homemade pineapple syrup, chilli bitters, lime, egg white and a sprinkle of homemade raspberry powder on top
• Scotch & Steak - Chivas Regal 12 stirred with Oloroso Sherry wine, Montenegro rosé and petal liqueur served with smoking cinnamon and rosemary
• Berrigroni - twist on a classic Negroni: Havana 8 mixed with pomegranate aperitif and Punt e Mes (light and fruity)
• Handle With Care & Drink Me With Veg - Tequila reposado, shaken with pear shrub, saffron liqueur and lime juice, served in a coupette
• Hangover Cure - Vodka-based hangover cure shaken with lemon, homemade rosemary, chamomile, fresh cucumber and ginger (light and refreshing)
• Pappa al Pomodoro - Gin-based Bloody Mary, seasoned just as an Italian mamma would season her tomato sauce
