What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused's fate.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Are seats numbered?
No. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and recording are permitted after the final verdict. Please avoid flash and be mindful of others and the performers.
About your tickets
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket in the app or email upon arrival.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Best Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), Zone D (Good Visibility).
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds. Exchanges to other dates/times are permitted up to 48 hours before the original start time, subject to availability. Contact support to change your ticket.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app (Google Play, Apple Store) or at feverup.com. Tickets are not sold at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free. Click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Find your QR code in the Fever app's Tickets section. Log in with the same account used for purchase. If still missing, contact support.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for 1 free Personal Assistant pass. Purchase your own ticket first, then contact support with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, Access Card, Assistance Dog ID).
