Hidden in the quiet Kapellenstraße lies the historic former Klarissen monastery. The simple elegance of the old monastery building gives the candlelight concerts a very special atmosphere. Surrounded by high windows, ribbed vaults, and gentle candlelight, music becomes an intimate experience.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes for this experience are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Alternatively, check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app for a "Change date and/or time" button, if available. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us quoting your ticket ID if you need further help.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available for purchase?
Drinks are available for purchase on site.
Is there parking available?
Close to the venue you'll find the public car park "Parkplatz Köln Kalk" as well as the underground car park "Contipark Kalk". Parking there is subject to the operator's rates.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us with proof of your support needs or entitlement to a free carer ticket. Once we receive your proof, we will provide you with a voucher you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
This venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What different ticket types are available?
The venue is divided into zones A, B and C, based on sight quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the type of ticket purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of venue or a postponement, we will of course notify you by email in advance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
