What is "The Jury Experience"?
Experience a gripping courtroom drama in Vienna. In this interactive live theater show, you take on the role of a juror deciding the fate of the accused. Examine testimonies, forensic evidence, and every detail in between—then decide: guilty or not guilty?
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 75 minutes, depending on the case. Please check the duration details in the ticket selector.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, drinks can be purchased at the venue's bar before the show.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. Bags larger than A4 are not allowed in the auditorium.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Photography is allowed during the show without flash, but filming is not permitted. We recommend taking photos at the end during the curtain call.
Will strobe lights be used?
No.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Bringing a Service Animal".

There are tickets for zones A, B, C, and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Yes. First purchase your own ticket and then contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Free ticket for companion".
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. In the Fever app, click "Transfer Tickets". If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket will be validated contactlessly in the Fever app.

Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the show. Refunds are not possible.

By public transport: via Hietzing (tram 10, 52, 16) or via Penzing (S-Bahn S45, S50).
When should I arrive?
Entry begins 60 minutes before the start of the show. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start. Late entry is not permitted.
Is there a parking space?
The venue does not have its own parking spaces. There is a public parking garage within walking distance at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Minimum age 12 years. Persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair accessible with some limitations - there is a stair lift. A disabled-accessible toilet is not available.
