Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
It lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend. You can cancel it up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us; no documentation is required. Refunds cover the full ticket price except the 10% flexible-ticket fee, and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The venue is indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No food is served, but there will be a fully stocked bar on site.
How do I get to the venue, and is parking available?
St George's Church is at Great George St, Leeds LS1 3BR. By car, Joseph's Well Car Park (LS3 1AD, ~5 min walk across the footbridge), Thoresby Place Car Park (~5 min walk) and The Light Q-Park (~8 min walk) are nearby. By bus, Leeds General Infirmary, Clarendon Road and Park Lane College/Woodhouse Lane stops (routes 1, 6, 28, 56, 97) are a short walk away, and Leeds Train Station is about a 10-minute walk.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring a carer or support worker?
Yes, guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion pass for their personal assistant/support worker after purchasing a valid ticket, by emailing us with proof of disability (e.g. Middle/Higher rate DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card + 1 category).
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible via a lift. Accessible seating zones are A to C (not on the balcony).
What ticket types are available?
Seats aren't individually allocated but grouped into zones, so arrive early to choose your preferred seat within your zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. They must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
