How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Círculo de Bellas Artes, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the Círculo de Bellas Artes box office?
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Círculo de Bellas Artes box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
Will there be food and drink service at Círculo de Bellas Artes?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Movida Madrileña in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Movida Madrileña in Madrid?
Your tickets are saved in the "Tickets" section within the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Simply log in with the same account or method you used to buy them. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Being 100% digital tickets, there's no need to print anything.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
Can tickets for Candlelight: The Movida Madrileña be gifted?
Yes! You can buy a Gift Card and let them decide which concert and day they want to attend. Alternatively, if you already have a ticket tied to a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app to send it as a gift instantly.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Círculo de Bellas Artes and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Círculo de Bellas Artes?
Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Círculo de Bellas Artes as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.
When will I receive the photo?
You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you enter Círculo de Bellas Artes, you'll see our team ready to point you to the photo area. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
Take home these 3 LED candles that reproduce the warm flicker of traditional lighting. Forget about fire hazards; they're an ideal and safe choice for home decoration.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
Are pets or animals allowed in Círculo de Bellas Artes? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted in the venue. However, if you're coming with a guide or assistance dog, you'll have no issues.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Of course, it's totally possible to get a free pass for your assistant or caregiver. Just contact us with a quick message and we'll sort everything out as soon as we can.
Is Círculo de Bellas Artes accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available at Círculo de Bellas Artes?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
