  Taste Film presents your favourite films paired with exquisitely themed cuisine, all carefully timed to complement the action on screen. Imagine a dinner gathering, a cinema experience, and an immersive adventure all merged into one unforgettable evening!

• How long does the experience last?

  Guests typically allocate approximately 3 hours for our events, though duration varies based on the film's runtime.

• Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

  Yes, meals are included with your ticket. Vegetarian and Vegan options are provided. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions (celiac, lactose, peanut allergies), please complete the pre-booking questions when selecting your ticket type and email info@tastefilm.co.uk.

• Is there parking available?

  Unfortunately, on-site parking is not available.

• Will there be additional sessions?

  Additional dates cannot be guaranteed. Check the experience listing for current availability information, including confirmed dates and times.

• Is there a dress code?

  Not required, though we do encourage elegant attire!

• Where can I get tickets?

  Purchase through the Fever App (accessible on Google Play and the Apple Store) or the Fever website.

• Can I purchase tickets at the door?

  Tickets are exclusively sold online.

• Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

  Unfortunately, ticket transfers are not available for this event.

• Do I need to print my ticket?

  No. Your ticket appears in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available through Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with your purchase account details. Your QR code is also sent via your purchase confirmation email.

• I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

  Access the Fever app and navigate to the Tickets section. Don't have the app? Download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Log in using your original purchase account. Still can't locate it? Our support team can help.

• Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

  Refunds are not available. However, date and time adjustments are possible up to 72 hours before your scheduled event, subject to availability. Reach out directly for assistance with modifying your ticket.

• Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

  Yes. Entry opens 30 minutes before the film begins.

• Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

  Pets are prohibited at this venue, although certified service dogs are permitted.

• Is the venue accessible?

  Patina in Edinburgh is wheelchair accessible.

• Do you offer carer tickets?

  Sadly, complimentary caregiver passes are unavailable for this event.

• Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

  Currently, closed captioning and audio descriptions are not offered for this event. We can arrange preferred seating closer to the screen or speakers. We're working toward inclusivity and encourage exploring other local experiences.

• Will there be strobe lights?

  Strobe effects are not part of this event. Some films carry their own warnings about strobe lights or flashing imagery. Please review details for your specific film.

• Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

  This is a fully seated experience—all guests have comfortable seating.

• Will restrooms be available on site?

  Restroom facilities are present—ask our on-site staff for directions.

• Can I take photos or record the experience?

  Yes. You're welcome to capture photos and videos for personal use. However, flash photography and tripods are prohibited. Professional photography requires staff authorization.

• Is there a Lost & Found?
