Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Elm Park United Methodist Church features a historic Gothic Revival structure built in the late nineteenth century. Its prominent stone façade, soaring arches, and vibrant stained glass windows reflect traditional ecclesiastical design. Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
You don't need to print anything - your ticket is fully digital. You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) once you log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also receive your QR code by email in your purchase confirmation.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
This experience allows date and/or time changes up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. If you selected the Flexible Cancellation add-on, refer to its own FAQs for the refund process.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help, including your ticket order number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us and we'll provide a voucher you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, based on availability.
Will food or drinks be available?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, there will be parking available: limited spots in a parking lot plus street parking in the surrounding area.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by the musicians.
Can I bring animals?
No pets are allowed at this event's location, though service animals are welcome.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes - as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can accommodate you.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, latecomers won't be admitted.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
