Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID, or check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app — if enabled, a "Change date and/or time" button will appear there.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on — in which case, see the Flexible Cancellation FAQs.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show; please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert starts on time and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

Is the experience indoor or outdoor?

Indoor, with assigned seating within your booked zone.

Is food or drink available?

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for all guests.

Is there parking available?

Howard Theatre doesn't offer on-site parking or validation, but self-parking is available within 3 blocks of the venue, and there's street parking in the surrounding area. Public transport, ride-sharing and other alternatives are encouraged; the nearest metro station is Shaw-Howard University (Green/Yellow line).

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their carer. After purchasing your ticket, contact us for more information.

What ticket types are available?

Premium (best visibility), General Admission (great visibility), and Balcony (shared booth seating and bar-top seating).

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Wearing a mask is encouraged but not required. This policy is subject to change.
