What is The Jury Experience?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does it last?
Approximately 1 hour.
How do I vote?
You will be handed a paddle. When instructed by the Judge, raise it to submit your vote according to the options available.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes — this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
About your tickets
How do I find my ticket?
No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Find your QR code in the Fever app under Tickets.
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
No refunds. Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time. Contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Exchange date and/or time' button in the Fever app.
Where can I buy tickets?
Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, for free. Tap 'Transfer Tickets' in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes — apply for a free Carer/Support Worker ticket BEFORE purchasing your own ticket. Contact us with proof of need and we'll send a voucher. Accepted: DLA (middle/higher rate), PIP, evidence of sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card. Each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket.
