How do I receive my tickets?

Your tickets are in the Fever app under ‘Tickets’. Just show them at the entrance, no need to print.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase.
