This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Accessibility
Access to the events and toilets is step-free. The entrance with wheelchair ramp is at the back of the building, right next to the car park. The Literaturhaus Frankfurt is equipped with an induction hearing loop system in all event rooms.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need care throughout the whole experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents via Fever's contact form. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. People under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In such a case, please contact us via Fever's contact form, quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Is food and drink available?
No, food and drink cannot be purchased on site. However, the Goldmund restaurant is located within the Literaturhaus. Anyone wishing to dine there must book directly with the restaurant in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted at the venue. Pets are not allowed.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
