Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zona A (asiento), Zona B (asiento), Zona C (asiento) and Zona D (de pie). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Get in touch with us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
If I buy a ticket with Flexible Cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with Flexible Cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience starts and close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.
Will food and drink be available to buy at the venue?
You'll be able to buy drinks at this event; however, no food will be available.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the show?
No, your phone must stay on silent throughout the show. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final bow and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won't be any strobe lights.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place at an indoor venue.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue where this event takes place, although we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this venue, so we recommend that you don't come by car.
