Un espectáculo absolutamente mágico! Como fans de Harry Potter, nos encantó de principio a fin. La precisión con la que los drones formaban las figuras era impresionante, y ver aparecer en el cielo elementos tan icónicos del universo de Hogwarts fue una experiencia emocionante. La música, la sincronización y los efectos de luz creaban una atmósfera envolvente que nos dejó con la boca abierta. Es un show pensado para todas las edades, capaz de sorprender tanto a niños como a adultos. La organización fue excelente y el resultado final superó nuestras expectativas. The Parc del Fòrum, in Barcelona, is a large space that hosts important cultural and entertainment events. Located next to the Mediterranean coast, it combines urban and natural surroundings, making it ideal for concerts and festivals. Designed for the Universal Forum of Cultures in 2004, it stands out for its modern architecture and sea views. With more than 170,000 square meters, it is perfect for large-scale events, such as Primavera Sound.

FAQs Solving your doubts

Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there parking?
There is no parking at the venue, but there are good connections by metro, taxi and nearby car parks. The closest parking to the venue is Parking BSM Plaça del Fòrum. By metro, the nearest stop is El Maresme | Fòrum. There is a taxi rank at the entrance of the venue, in Plaça de Llevant.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 60 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours before the start of the event. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings, and to register before the show begins. Please note that seats are not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice will be. No entry will be permitted once the event has started. The drones will only fly during a select number of songs.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
Yes, you can purchase food and drinks at this event.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings. Please note that seating is unreserved, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice of seats will be.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can children access for free?
Children under 3 years old can access the experience for free.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Animals are not allowed at this event's venue unless they are service animals.

Do you offer tickets for carers?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. For this experience, simply show proof that you require a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be able to enter for free.
