Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets range from Premium, in the front row, to Zones A through C, each offering a different view of the stage. Please purchase your tickets together if you want to sit as a group.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Yes, the minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Can I book a ticket for my carer or Personal Assistant?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request one free ticket for their Personal Assistant or support worker.
