The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Church of the Sacred Heart, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

Can tickets be bought at the Church of the Sacred Heart box office?

No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Church of the Sacred Heart box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.

We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.

How long does the experience last?

The Candlelight: The Halloween Classics in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Please mute your phone for the entire event. Put your phone away and connect with the music; you can only take photos and record videos without flash in the final piece when the musicians tell you to.

To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.

Yes! You can send your digital tickets to someone else for free from the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app. If you need extra assistance, contact us and share your ticket number.

Yes! You can buy a Gift Card and let them decide which concert and day they want to attend. Alternatively, if you already have a ticket tied to a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app to send it as a gift instantly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there are spots available at Church of the Sacred Heart, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.

Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.

When will I receive the photo?

Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

You'll get directions to the photo area once you enter Church of the Sacred Heart. If you have any questions, any of our staff will be happy to help you.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Your purchases made through Fever are delivered at the venue. Remember that the "Pack of 3 candles" does not have a refund or exchange policy because all purchases for this event are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Church of the Sacred Heart? What about service animals?

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
