The truth is that we spend a good part of our lives functioning without necessarily feeling whole in it.
We take care of the body, but we are not always present in it.
We try to organize the mind, but remain trapped in the same patterns.
And, in the midst of this, we neglect something more subtle - what gives meaning.

The Body, Mind, and Spirit Talks are born from this place.
Not as an answer.
But as a space.

A space to stop, observe, and perhaps notice yourself in a different way.

The event takes place in three independent sessions:
