Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our T&Cs.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food available?
Yes — Candlelight ticket holders get an exclusive 20% discount on food purchases (excluding alcohol) at the Conrad's on-property dining outlets: Blue Aster or Blue Aster Lounge (coastal Mediterranean cuisine) on the first floor, and Thistle & Rye (craft cocktails and international bites) on the third floor. Just show your concert ticket to your server.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking options are available at garages around the hotel, and street parking is also available.
What is the minimum age to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has ADA access.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
It's an optional add-on (available for select events) that lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You must contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, and no documentation is required — note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
