• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room and a non-alcoholic drink per person
• Your birthday room will be reserved for you at the time you have chosen. You can enter no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked time. The room accommodates up to 20 people
• When you arrive, please let the box office know that you are there for a celebration, and a member of the team will come to assist you. During the party, a team member will be assigned to you to ensure you have access to the room and your tickets
• All guests must have a ticket, including for entry to the party room, unless they are 2 years old or younger. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations, however attaching tape to the walls is not permitted.
• You are welcome to bring your own cake and drinks, however alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
• To provide you with the best possible experience during your visit, your visit begins with 30 minutes in the party room, and your party guests visit the exhibition after the time in the party room.
