Tolles Erlebnis im Logenhaus. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet das es im Hinterhaus auf der Kaiserstraße so eine tolle Location gibt. Und am Eingang gab es noch ein Glas Sekt. Vielen Dank... war ein tolles Konzert.

The Freemason Lodge Zur Einigkeit No. 11 is a historic and exclusive lodge house in the Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt am Main. With a large antique festivity hall, a stage, and a concert grand piano, it provides the perfect setting for events. In addition to the festivity hall, there are other rooms such as a foyer, a small hall, and a playable bowling alley.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before your visit via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), get in touch with us and send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Standard tickets are non-refundable.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is non-refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need for my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

At Logenhaus zur Einigkeit, Kaiserstraße 37, 60329 Frankfurt am Main.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: take the underground to Willy-Brandt-Platz (lines U1, U2, U3, U4, U5 and U8) or the train to Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof. By car: you'll find parking information in the parking question.
Is there food and drink available?
Every guest receives a welcome drink. Further drinks can be purchased at the bar. Bringing your own food and drink from outside is not permitted; guests with their own food may be refused entry.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, bringing animals, including assistance animals, is not permitted at this venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there a car park?
Parking is available at the Parkhaus am Theater car park (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a photo experience exclusively for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets online are given priority. On site, only credit card payment is accepted, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Don't forget to collect them: we're unable to keep them for you, and if you leave without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new photo session.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience, and announcements will remind guests. If you have any further questions, simply ask our on-site staff.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show it to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only given if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
When do the doors open? Can I still get in after the concert starts?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
