Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility) and Restricted view (limited visibility).

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

No food is served at the venue, but there is a bar.

Trinity Square car park is located nearby the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, such as middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a PIP receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). Once received, we'll provide a voucher code for your free carer ticket, which must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket. Please bring this along with your tickets to enter the venue.
