What are the different ticket types?

There are Category A, B, C and D tickets.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible in this case.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it up to 48 hours before the start, with no documents required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another person.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.

Where does the experience take place?

The concert takes place in the Festsaal of the Erbdrostenhof, Salzstraße 38, 48143 Münster.

How do I get to the venue?

The Erbdrostenhof is in Münster city centre, under a 10-minute walk from the main train station. It's under 5 minutes from the "Prinzipalmarkt" and "Eisenbahnstraße" bus stops. Car parking is very limited in the city centre; Salzstraße itself is closed to private cars.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drinks are served inside the Erbdrostenhof itself, but there are bars, cafés and restaurants on the same street. Eating or drinking inside the Festsaal is not permitted.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does the venue have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, this venue does not have wheelchair access.

Is there parking available?

Parking is very limited in Münster's city centre. We recommend travelling by bus, train or bike.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be seated in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance.

Are the candles real flames?

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
