Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or at www.feverup.com before you arrive.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the show starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available on selected dates, this ticket lets you request a full refund (minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee) or exchange it for a voucher, if you contact us up to 48 hours before the show starts. No documents are needed, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to someone else.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating within your zone.
Is there food or drink available at the venue?
No food is served, but there is a fully stocked bar on site.
Is there parking near the venue?
By car, the nearest options are Joseph's Well Car Park (about a 5-minute walk across the footbridge), Thoresby Place Car Park (about 5 minutes) and The Light Q-Park (about 8 minutes). By bus, Leeds General Infirmary stop is 2 minutes away and several routes stop nearby (including 1, 6, 28, 56, 97). Leeds train station is about a 10-minute walk.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or support worker?
Yes — guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant or support worker. You must have a valid ticket first, then email us proof of disability (for example, DLA at the middle or higher rate, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card).
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible via the lift available on site. The accessible seating zones are Zones A to C (not the balcony).
Can I bring pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
