Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, and include your ticket order number if you need help.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and we recommend arriving early to be seated within your purchased zone.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor, seated experience with assigned zones.
Will food and beverages be available on site?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at this event, though we can't guarantee gluten-free or vegan options.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available via the Brown Hotel Garage (PARC) or street parking, and paid valet is also offered.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant. Please contact us for more information, and we'll provide a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
The theater is divided into sections A, B, C, and sometimes D, based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis according to your ticket type.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No, tickets are not sold on site. They can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
