Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play); sign in with the same login method you used to purchase it. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email - there's nothing to print, just show your ticket from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience begins. To do so, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances - see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is the concert indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there parking available?
Since the church is very centrally located, we recommend using public transport. If you're coming by car, the paid car parks BREPARKhaus Am Dom (Wilhadistraße 1) and BREPARKhaus Mitte (Pelzerstraße 40) are only about a 4-minute walk from the church; both are open around the clock.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my pets?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is wheelchair access. Zone A includes seating spaces for wheelchair users.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as tickets for restricted-view seats.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide you with a voucher to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). For Zone A tickets (wheelchair user incl. companion), the companion seat is already included - you'll just need to send the relevant documentation.
Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?
The experience takes place at the Unser Lieben Frauen Kirche in Bremen (Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof 27-29, 28195 Bremen). The church is centrally located and can be reached from the main station by public transport or taxi in 5 minutes, or on foot in around 15 minutes. Nearby stops include Obernstraße, Domsheide and Schüsselkorb.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 35 minutes before the concert starts to be seated within your ticket's zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; if you arrive too late, you won't be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for guests' safety all candles used are flameless.
