Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

St. David's Episcopal Church is a historic church in downtown Austin, Texas, United States. Its main church building was constructed in 1854–1855, making it one of the oldest standing buildings in the city. The first Episcopal church in Austin was briefly organized in 1848, nine years after Austin was founded.

Parking
Paid parking is available at the 710 Trinity St garage, a block from the venue entrance on the corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street; it is also the closest ADA-accessible parking. Scan the QR code in the lobby of St. David's Episcopal Church for a parking discount. Parking in the surface lot directly in front of the venue is not allowed, and cars parked there will be ticketed.
Accessibility
The venue is ADA compliant, and there is no need to contact it ahead of time. The closest ADA-accessible parking is the 710 Trinity St garage.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancelation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancelation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancelation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancelation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancelation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to come back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
No. If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.

At the Historic Sanctuary at St. David's Episcopal Church, 301 East 8th St, Austin, TX 78701.
How do I get to the venue?
You can drive or use public transport to get to the venue.
Is there food served?
There is no bar service at this event. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant. It is not necessary to contact the venue ahead of time.
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is a paid parking garage at 710 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701, a block from the venue entrance on the corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street. It is also the closest ADA-accessible parking to the venue. All guests can get a parking discount by scanning a QR code inside the lobby of St. David's Episcopal Church. Guests are not allowed to park in the surface lot directly in front of the venue: those who move the barricades and park there will receive a ticket.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Entry is not permitted once the concert has started, so please arrive on time.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
