Yes. Guests who need support during the event are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. First purchase your own ticket, then send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide you with a code to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets together on entry.

Pets are not allowed, except service animals – you'll need to fill in a form in advance for these.

Unfortunately, the hall where the concert takes place is not wheelchair accessible.

Yes, there's an underground car park right next to the hotel; it can be used for an extra charge.

The easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is via Wachtstraße. By car via the A1: take the Bremen-Arsten exit towards the city centre, continue on Neuenlander Straße to Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, then turn right, cross the Weser, turn left onto Martinistraße and after 50m turn right onto Wachtstraße – the hotel is on the corner. By tram: take line 4 towards Arsten or line 6 towards the airport to the Domsheide stop, from where it's a 200m walk.

Before and after the event you can book a table at The Lobby restaurant (www.thelobby-restaurant.de) and get drinks there. During the event itself there is no drink service.
