Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket (see below).

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

Available for select events, it lets you get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. No documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's been transferred to another person.

What different ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Where does the experience take place?

At Kurländer Palais, Tzschirnerplatz 3-5, 01067 Dresden, about 250 metres from the Frauenkirche.

Is parking available?

Yes, for a fee: 350 spaces at the Schießgasse car park and 250 spaces at the Frauenkirche/Neumarkt underground car park.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase. Bringing your own food or drinks isn't allowed.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your own ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket, subject to availability. Please have both tickets ready at entry.

Does the venue have disability access?

No, the venue doesn't have disability access. The hall can only be reached via stairs.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. In that case, please fill out the relevant form; contact us for more information.
