Important Information

• Subject to favorable weather conditions and helicopter maintenance; if canceled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• Tours depart and arrive at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, a relaxed crowd-free location just outside NYC easily accessed by public transit (Metro-North rail from Grand Central Terminal) or car (free parking).
• Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control and temporary flight restrictions.
• Maximum weight 250 lbs (113 kg) per person, also subject to combined weight limits per flight. 
• Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.
• Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on parent's lap.
• Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.
• Wheelchair accessible. Please contact operator for more information.
• In case the activity cannot take place due to bad weather, helicopter maintenance, or other reasons, the operator will notify you 2 hours before your flight.
• You must be reachable via a US phone number, international phone number, or WhatsApp.
• The activity provider assumes no liability for any services (ground transportation, photography, etc.) arranged on the client’s behalf with third parties.
