What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Examine testimonies, cross-examinations and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused in this thrilling theatrical event.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will be no strobe lights.

Are seats numbered?

No, seats are not assigned. Seating is first come, first served within the zone selected when buying your ticket.

Is food served?

No.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes. Please be respectful of other audience members and the performers, and avoid using flash.

Can I smoke or vape during the experience?

No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.

What ticket types are available?

Half-price (Meia-entrada), Entrada Social and full-price (Inteira) tickets for the theatre zones. Each zone has a different price depending on its proximity to the stage.

What is the difference between Inteira and Entrada Social tickets?

Inteira: the standard ticket, available to anyone. Entrada Social: can also be bought by anyone, with no proof required. It includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.

Where can I buy tickets?

In the Fever app (Google Play and App Store) or on the Fever website. Tickets are not sold at the venue.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Just show your Fever ticket in the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.

Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. After buying your ticket (a valid ticket is required), contact us with your supporting documentation.

Who is entitled to half-price (meia-entrada) tickets?

Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PNE) and a companion, low-income youth, and public-school teachers (early childhood, primary and secondary). Supporting documentation must be presented at the entrance.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

All guests must be 12 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
