Join Fever and Wines of Argentina for a unique, immersive wine tasting experience complete with live visuals, DJs and cutting-edge cuisine! Curated by an outstanding collective of producers, Barullo will be pouring over 140 wines for unlimited sampling and the entire event will take place in a stunning Virtual Vineyard environment. Food is provided by award-winning winery chef, Lucas Bustos, in the form of four dishes, each representing one of Argentina's flagship wine regions, plus an additional selection of delicious canapés. - Salta: Caramelized goat’s cheese with a spicy “humita” (Chef’s recommended pairing: Torrontes)
- Buenos Aires: Lemon marinaded squash, 44ºc hake and fresh herbs (Chef’s recommended pairing: Sauvignon Blanc)
- Patagonia: Wild mushroom crusted lamb with blackberry sauce (Chef’s recommended pairing: Pinot Noir)
- Mendoza: Roasted beef tenderloin, smoked eggplant purée and prune chimichurri (Chef’s recommended pairing: Malbec)
- Cold: Tuna Ceviche and Guacamole, Bell pepper and Oregano Fritatta with Amarillo aioli (v), Chorizo, Artichoke and Sunblush tomato
- Hot: Sweet potato fries with crispy kale served in little bamboo cones (v), Provolone cheese, with oregano and red pepper (v), Chaplin con chimichurri – grilled sausage and salsa
