Experience the most beautiful melodies from Christmas films live at a Candlelight concert in St. Jakob Church in Augsburg. By the glow of thousands of candles, a string quartet transforms festive film music into an atmospheric evening that will get you completely into the Christmas spirit.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

About the venueSt. Jakob
St. Jakob Church in Augsburg is located in the Jakober suburb, just a few minutes east of the old town, and belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran congregation Augsburg-Mitte. It was founded in the 14th century and is now known for its simple Gothic architecture and its open, inviting atmosphere. As a traditional pilgrimage church on the Camino de Santiago, it serves both as a place of rest for travelers and as a vibrant community church for the neighborhood.

What different ticket types are there?
The venue is divided into zones A, B, C and D depending on view quality. Seats are allocated to you at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask you to only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To do this, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase. Alternatively, you can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if the option is enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear there. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. To do this, contact us with proof of your care needs. Once we've received it, we'll send you a voucher that you can use to book the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). On entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.

At St. Jakob Church, Bei der Jakobskirche 4, 86152 Augsburg.
How do I get to the venue?
St. Jakob Church is about a 5-minute walk from the city centre (Rathausplatz). Alternatively, you can take bus line 22 or 23 to the "Jakobertor" stop; from there, it's just a few steps to the church. Tram line 1 towards Lechhausen also stops at Jakobertor.
Are food and drinks available on site?
No, no food or drinks are sold on site.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the concert takes place at an accessible, wheelchair-friendly venue.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes and has no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
