Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID; refunds aren't available for standard tickets. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts for a full refund (this isn't possible once the ticket has been transferred) — no documents are needed, just contact us here.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts; unfortunately, late entry isn't possible once it has begun.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available on site?

Yes, food and drinks can be purchased on site on the ground floor.

Is there parking available?

Paid public parking is available at Gendarmenmarkt and in the surrounding car parks.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

I need a caretaker — how do I get a ticket for them?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant proof; once received, we'll provide you with a voucher (subject to availability) to claim the free caretaker ticket in the Fever app. Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?

This optional package offers an exclusive photo experience in a specially set-up area before or after the concert; you'll get a printed instant photo in polaroid style, which you must collect on site. You'll get more details about the process at the venue or via a QR code sent in a separate email.
