This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected events)?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Peterskirche (Schletterstraße 5, 04107 Leipzig).
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by public transport. Bayerischer Bahnhof stop: S-Bahn S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and S5X, Tram 2, 9 and 16, Bus 60. Härtelstraße stop: Tram 2, 9 and 16. Hohe Straße stop: Tram 10 and 11.
Is food and drink available?
No, no food or drink is offered on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the church. Please use the public parking options on the surrounding streets.
How long does the concert last and when are doors open?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
