Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID linked to your purchase, or check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the app. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket within the Fever app. Contact us if you need further help, quoting your order number.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 40 minutes before the start and no entry is permitted once it has begun.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.
Will food and drink be available at the venue?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink for sale at this event.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking at this venue, so we recommend not travelling by car.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I get a ticket for a caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their caretaker or personal assistant. Contact us with proof of this need; once received, we'll issue a voucher to buy the free caretaker ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show both tickets on entry.
What is flexible cancellation and how does it work?
It's an add-on you can purchase that lets you request a refund or a date/time change up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required, simply by contacting us. If you choose a refund, you'll get the full amount back except for the 10% flexible-cancellation fee. The ticket won't be refundable once it's been transferred to someone else.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on and how does it work?
It's a paid add-on that includes a personalised photo session in a designated area of the venue, plus an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake. The session takes place before the concert (ending 10 minutes before it starts), so arrive at least 30 minutes early; the photo is printed during the concert and collected on your way out, since it can't be kept for later or refunded if not collected.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue on the day of the event. As it's tied to that specific event date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in historic buildings, where temperature can sometimes be hard to control. While we try to keep things comfortable, it may vary depending on the time of year, so we recommend dressing appropriately.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed at this event's venue, although service animals are welcome.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can assign you a seat in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience.
