Such a remarkable experience, alongside all the props and costumes there were fabulous, well thought out interactive moments throughout the whole exhibition that were a great deal of fun for young and mature. Staff were brilliant and to top off the HP experience, we left with some great merch and a delicious butterbeer.

I think it would be better to offer people headphones to follow the narrations rather than using a QR code or the remote.
