Experience a unique gastronomic adventure at the iconic Chamberí Market, in the Charcutería Tere stall.

The experience begins with a ham cutting class led by a professional cutter, who will teach you the secrets of this tradition: how to properly hold the knife, how to position the ham leg, and how to achieve a thin, perfect slice. Participants will also have the opportunity to get hands-on and try their hand at cutting ham.

After the class, you'll enjoy an authentic Spanish aperitif featuring a selection of cured meats such as lomo, salchichón, and chorizo, cheeses from various regions of Spain, and Iberian ham, all accompanied by a glass of vermouth, a classic drink in our gastronomy.
