Description
Welcome to the first improvised writing videogame, where you’ll be both spectator and player. Each evening two teams (the red team and the blue team) face off to write the best dramatic text of the night. Each side consists, on the one hand, of two playwrights who, while engaged in the fierce writing battle, try to overcome every challenge posed by our videogame. They are not alone, as the audience, in their role as muse, interacts through their mobile phones in various ways to offer creative solutions and prevent the writer of the chosen-inspire team from blocking. As a final touch, for the last part of the show both teams have an acting cast who, isolated from the stage, have been simultaneously preparing the staging of the texts. A production with lighting and sound design, props, and costumes… or at least what they can manage in 40 minutes of writing to make the texts shine. Finally, our host will decide which team has shown the most cooperation and therefore moves on to the next round of our league. Eight playwrights start, but only one can emerge victorious.
