It was pleasure hearing Jack becouse of his knowledge, voice and kindness. He also is good with presenting information - clear and speak in an orderly manner. I have really understood and remembered a lot. A travelling by boat was a great break and very nice especially in this price. Highly recommended! Thanks a lot, Jack!
