What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket zones: Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), and Zone C (Fair Visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). We will then send you a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket, which must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket. Please bring this proof along with your tickets to enter the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is possible once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No, this venue only sells drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is on the ground floor with wheelchair access ramps at the front of the building, and all toilets are on the ground floor. A lift is also available for wheelchairs/prams to the first floor.
Is there parking available?
The Assembly House has two pay-and-display spaces for disabled drivers in its car park at the rear of the building on Chantry Road. The main car park (30 spaces) is also on Chantry Road and costs £2.50 per hour.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience.
