You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is possible once it has started.

Yes. The venue is on the ground floor with wheelchair access ramps at the front of the building, and all toilets are on the ground floor. A lift is also available for wheelchairs/prams to the first floor.

The Assembly House has two pay-and-display spaces for disabled drivers in its car park at the rear of the building on Chantry Road. The main car park (30 spaces) is also on Chantry Road and costs £2.50 per hour.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience.
