Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueKreuz-Kirche-Musik e. V
The Kreuzkirche in the Chemnitz district of Kaßberg was designed by architect Otto Bartning in the 1930s and is considered an important example of modern Protestant church architecture. Today, it serves not only as a place of worship but also as a venue for concerts, lectures, and cultural events. It belongs to the Ev.-Luth. St. Pauli-Kreuz-Kirchgemeinde.

What ticket types are there?
The seats are divided into categories: from the front row to blocks A to D, right through to two rows on the gallery.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can show your ticket digitally in the app or via email.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Companions who support you throughout the entire event receive a free ticket. First buy your own valid ticket, then submit the supporting documents via the contact form.
Is there an age restriction?
The minimum age is 8 years old. Under 16s may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Are refunds possible?
No. However, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the concert via a form, subject to availability.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Kreuzkirche Chemnitz, Henriettenstraße 36, 09112 Chemnitz.
How do I get to the venue?
By tram (lines 1 and 2) to Zentralhaltestelle, from where it's about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Alternatively, take bus 31 or 82 to the Henriettenstraße stop.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and we recommend arriving by then. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, no entry is possible once the concert has begun.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets aren't allowed. If you'd like to bring an assistance animal, please contact us in advance via the contact form.
Is there food and drink available on site?
No, there's no catering available on site.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, even small snacks and drinks aren't allowed.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Kreuzkirche is wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the gallery.
Is there parking available?
There's street parking on Henriettenstraße, Kassbergstraße and Weststraße, as well as the Weststraße car park.
Can I take photos or film during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Please put your phone on silent for the entire concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Please only leave your seat during the concert in an emergency.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge to any Fever account, via the 'Transfer tickets' option in the app. If needed, customer service can help you with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Fever app under 'Tickets', logged in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
No, all the candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
