    Knox has no parking lot of its own, but there is plenty of parking nearby, some of it free. Parking on both sides of Lisgar Street is free on weekends and evenings. Please leave the spaces closest to the church available for people who have difficulty moving about. The City Hall parkade next door is available on weekends for $2.

  • Accessibility

    Knox offers wheelchair access to the Sanctuary and Geneva Hall through the Garden entrance on Elgin Street, marked by glass doors. A barrier-free restroom is available in Geneva Hall. Please ask an usher for directions.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page lists the available zones. Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D may have only a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. Buy all tickets through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you have concerns about accessible seating, contact hello@feverup.com. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience may apply for one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. First purchase a valid ticket, then contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another document related to your needs.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Where can I find my ticket?
Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, using the same sign-in method you used to buy it. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. The tickets are digital; no printing is needed.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed.

How do I get to the venue?
The church is on the corner of Elgin Street and Lisgar Street in Ottawa's Centretown.
Is there food served?
No food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water may be consumed inside the performance space.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
