Commitment to the Planet
At the Water Lantern Festival, our goal is to leave every place better than we found it. Following a "leave no trace" philosophy, we collect every lantern after the event and even remove any pre-existing waste from the water. Our lanterns are 100% sustainable: made from biodegradable rice paper, wooden bases, and LED candles that are reused and recycled to reduce our environmental footprint.
Help us protect the environment! To make this a truly green event, we need your support:
- Use the recycling stations for your personal waste.
- Make sure not to leave any trash in green areas or near the water.
