What is The Jury Experience?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused’s fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.

How long does it last?

Approximately 1 hour.

How do I vote?

Use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue to access the voting page. Most cameras scan automatically; if not, download Google Lens or a QR scanner app. On-site staff are available to assist.

Are food and drinks available on site?

Yes — food and beverages are available for purchase at this event.

Is there sensitive content?

Yes — this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

How do I find my ticket?

No need to print. Your ticket will be validated via the Fever app on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

No refunds. You may change your date up to 24 hours in advance — contact us with your ticket ID or use the Exchange option in the Fever app.

Where can I buy tickets?

On the Fever App (Apple App Store or Google Play) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, for free. Click “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes — contact us and we will provide a voucher to purchase a free carer ticket in the Fever app. Show both tickets at the venue entrance.
